Christian Henry has been practicing law in Georgia's trial courts since 1997, including United States District Courts (Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia), the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court. The early part of his career primarily involved general tort trial work and insurance coverage litigation. However, his practice has since broadened to include local government law and virtually all types of litigation and trial work. Mr. Henry is a local government and trial attorney, whose main focus revolves around representing cities, counties and other governmental clients, as well as companies and individuals in disputes that may, or may not, make it to court.

Primarily represented commercial property and casualty insurers throughout the United States in insurance coverage disputes, including bad faith (extra-contractual liability) matters, as well as representing self-insured businesses in tort litigation and commercial litigation in Georgia.
